Nestled in the cool rolling hills of Retreat, St. Mary (near Ocho Rios, Jamaica) is Villa Retreat, a fully furnished (newly constructed) 3 bedroom/2 bathroom vacation villa where you can literally kick your shoes off and embrace a serene environment (with views of the Caribbean Sea as well as the mountains).

Located 20 minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of Ocho Rios, St. Ann, Jamaica, Villa Retreat offers peace, tranquility, lush green forestry and quick access to beaches, famous attractions, fishing, horseback riding, river rafting and snorkeling among many other activities. It is a 5 minutes drive to Rio Nuevo (Historic Battle Site and Beach), 7 minutes drive from Tower Isle (Couples Hotel), 24 minutes drive from (the Famous Dunn's River Falls in Ocho Rios and White Water Rafting). Not too far away is Mystic Mountain Eco Tourism and Entertainment. Villa Retreat is 15 - 20 minutes drive to 5 star restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centers. It's also a 60 minutes drive from Sangster's International Airport (Montego Bay), 90 minutes from Port Antonio and 120 minutes from Negril.

Villa Retreat sits on top of a hill which allows it to boast both a view of the Caribbean Sea (on a very clear day) as well as the mountains. Kissed by cool winds blowing throughout the villa, the air remains crisp and clean.

Villa Retreat features:
• A newly constructed 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom vacation home on a 1/4 acre lot. You have the entire house for yourself (which sleeps up to 6 people). This is perfect for relaxation, comfort and convenience.
• Bedroom #1 - Master bedroom with in-suite bathroom/full bathroom, queen sized bed, chest of draw, dresser with mirror, night table, lamp, accent chair and it's own AC unit. In-suite bathroom in fully stocked with towels, wash rags, toiletries, hair dryer etc.
• Bedroom #2 - has a full size bed, dresser with mirror, night table, accent chair, it's own AC unit and (shared full bathroom which is stocked with towels with rags, toiletries, hair dyer etc.)
• Bedroom #3 - has a full size bed, chest of draw with mirror, night table, ottoman/hassock, standing electrical fan (and shared full bathroom).
• Living room with 49" flat screen tv with remote, cable tv, sofa, center table and 1 standing electric fan.
• Full kitchen with granite countertop, 6 burner gas stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, plates, utensils, pots, pans, cups, glassware etc.
• Dining room with a 4 seater dining table.
• Security alarm, Hot Water Heater, cable tv, internet access etc.
• Complimentary (drive way) parking that can accommodate 2 - 3 vehicles.

Villa Retreat Rates and Reservation Information:
- US$119 per night for the entire house (furnished 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom) accommodate up to 6 adults. Rates are subject to change.
- Security deposit of US$100 (may be required - see owner for details).
- Cleaning fee of $50
- Maximum stay (5 months) /Minimum stay 2 nights
