Air conditioning in all the bedrooms and ceiling fans in the living room area and it's designed for the independent traveler. There is a sitting area, a well equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, pans, plates, cups, cutlery, blender, coffee maker, etc. The Caribbean Sea can be seen from the upstairs balcony. Guests have access to the complete apartment along with the balcony. The apartment is located 20 minutes drive from Hewannora International Airport.

Reynold's Place is a perfect place to retreat and relax after a day at the beach, sightseeing, workshop, conference, etc., or to just get away for a while.

Although the house overlooks the Caribbean Sea, the beach is within close proximity of the house is not conducive to swimming due to the strong current. However, the safer beaches Laborie Beach is a 5 minute drive, and further down the coast, the popular white sand beach, Sandy Beach, is a 15 minute drive.
