This is a small cottage, a studio but, has excellent features and is very close to the beach. There is no view of the lake but, a 3-minute walk on a beautiful sandy path to the beach; through sand dunes & dune grass. Steam room, Non-heating electric fireplace, pinball machine & gas BBQ on the outside deck. 2 mountain bikes, tandem & female cruiser, (not in winter). 2 Paddleboards, 3 Kayaks, Surfboards,(Summer only), Bean Bag Toss / Cornhole Game and Spike Ball for the beach. The property is surrounded by wilderness on two sides: an unused park; a corner lot; lots of sand dunes and dune grass. Swimming beach with very clean fine sand. The minimum age of primary renter is 25. No pets.
