Our room didn't have the regular furniture (sitting chair and ottomon); eventually, at our request, they brought the furniture in. Just felt like COVID was a bit of excuse for lack of service, although written reminders were everywhere. I wonder how much of this upgrading in price and downgrading in service is really necessary?

The hotel location & hotel overall was good! However, they put us in the first room right by front desk which was very different. The fire alarm went off 4 times & after the first time you think they would of changed our room luckily the second night the guy got our room changed right away. The shower in that first room was terrible it leaked all over the bathroom floor. But the second night room was way better!

Location: Several great restaurants. Stores. Gas stations.
This hotel is in tuff shape. The bathroom was full of rust. The carpet was stained. The light in bathroom was glued to repair. The worst was there was NO HOT WATER. Breakfast was ok

Thank you for staying with us on your recent trip to Bowling Green. I am sorry to see the issue concerning the lack of hot water. Once we was made aware of this issue, we contacted our local boiler repair company to get the issue corrected. I am sorry that it was not corrected in enough time for you to enjoy a hot shower. Hopefully if you choose to stay with us again your visit will be far superior.
