This tiny house is located on a quiet residential street, offering-- a queen size bed, speedy wifi, full kitchen, bathroom w/ large shower, and 1 smart tv. Simple, cute, clean, minimalist-- yet all of the basic essentials needed for your stay. Ohh...and there's also a comfy plunge pool on site to cool down in the sun. Want to venture out?..The beach and downtown area only 5 minutes away!

THE SPACE...
A tiny house is a private, full-fledged dwelling unit-- but on a much smaller scale.

This tiny house is between 325-425 square feet. It offers:

- Full kitchen (basic cooking essentials such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker). However, food and condiments are not included
- Queen size bed and mounted smart tv
- Bathroom with single vanity and large stand-in shower
- Small dining table for 2 people
- 1 split unit air conditioner
- "Plunge pool" located in the backyard (also accessible to the other rental tiny house that is located on the land)
- To note: This tiny house is a stand alone private (no shared walls) efficiency that is best suited for a maximum of 1-2 people who share one bed

GUEST ACCESS...
We will message you 1 day prior to your check-in with your pre-checkin information such as the physical address and directions to the tiny home. Then, we will message you on the actual day of your check-in (at checkin time) with the doorcode for entry.

GUEST INTERACTION...
If any problems of concerns arise, we will do our best to take action asap, but please keep in mind that there is no one living on site 24/7.

Freebee is a South Florida-based electric transportation company, providing service with GEM (Global Electric Motorcars), which are low-speed, battery-electric vehicles. Guests can request a ride anywhere in the downtown service area, which includes most locations east of I-95 to A1A, and Gulfstream Boulevard to S.W. 10th Street.

Lastly, please refer to the "House Rules" that we messaged you on the day that your reservation was made. Entry into the tiny house is contingent on messaging us "I ACCEPT" in regards to the those rules.
