Luxury detached villa with sauna and wood-burning stove and unobstructed view over farmlands

Country house Blije is a beautiful detached luxury holiday home in typical Czech Robenka style with lots of privacy. The chalet is newly built and has a sauna. The house is suitable for renting for 2 to 8 people and has a living area of 135 m2.
From the garden of the house you have a beautiful view over vast meadows and the Broumovské Steny mountain range.

It is located in the picturesque village of Bozanov, in the middle of the Broumovske Steny nature reserve with its unique rock formations. This area wins the hearts of its visitors through tranquility and unspoiled nature and is an ideal base for recreational and sporting activities such as walking and cycling. The paths are well marked. In addition, there are plenty of opportunities for swimming, horse riding, mountain climbing, canoeing, fishing or (cultural) trips by motorcycle or car.
In winter this is a beautiful area for skiing, cross-country skiing and snow walking. There are various ski lifts and cross-country ski trails in the vicinity of Božanov. Equipment can be rented on site and there is the possibility of taking Dutch / German / English skiing and / or snowboard lessons.

Country house Blije is located near a small-scale campsite. Of course you can use all facilities such as the heated swimming pool, playground, football field and the recreation room with, among other things, table tennis, table football and billiards (only in the summer months). In addition, numerous activities are organized such as mountain climbing, hiking, canoeing and horse riding, and excursions to the oldest beer brewery in the Czech Republic.

Holiday home layout: The ground floor has a beautiful spacious living room with an open L-shaped kitchen with all luxury and comfort. The open kitchen is furnished with a cozy dining area.
In the living room / kitchen is a lot of light through the many large windows in the house. In the living room you can sit comfortably in front of the wood stove. There is also a satellite TV at your disposal. From the room you can go directly to the terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful nature and tranquility.
On the ground floor there is a hall with toilet and a bathroom with sauna, shower and sink.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is a very spacious bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single box springs and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and 2 single box springs. You can slide the box springs against each other if desired, so that you can also sleep comfortably with two people.
There is also a bathroom on the first floor with a beautiful view of the vast meadows with a bath, separate shower, sink and separate toilet.
The house is surrounded by a large garden at both the front and back of the house. The garden in front of the house is facing south with lots of privacy and tranquility. The garden is surrounded by trees and offers shady spots, but you can also enjoy the sun here. The garden at the back of the house is located on the west with beautiful unobstructed views over the countryside and the Broumovské Steny ridge with its whimsical rock formations. Here you can sit in the evenings and enjoy the sunset and grazing deer. You can use the available garden furniture and the barbecue. There is also a large lawn where your children can enjoy themselves.

Sehr gutes und sauberes Objekt.
Sehr gutes und sauberes Objekt. Umgebung hat viele Wanderziele und Ausflugsziele zu bieten. Das Haus ist für Familie mit mehreren Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kinder haben auf dem Campingplatz im Sommer ausreichend Spielraum.
