Please change out the pillows. They were terrible. I know you cannot do anything about it, but the nearby train woke me up every morning at 4am.

I really liked your hotel...very nice. In addition, I am a Diamond member and you actually differentiated between Diamond members and everyone else by providing water and snacks for your Diamond members. Very much appreciated. There was only one thing I was disappointed with and that was the shuttle service to the airport. Delta has two flights that leave at 0556 and 0620 and the shuttle service starts at too late to get to the airport in time to catch these flights. The reason I stayed at your hotel was because it had a shuttle service to the aircraft but I could not use it because it did not leave early enough to catch my flight.

The bed was a little droopy towards the center. The breakfast bar was really nice

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn in Bozeman many many times over the years. I have always thought it was great. This time, however, the property seemed run down and dirty. There were contractors working in some of the rooms and they tracked drywall dust up and down the halls and in the elevator and nobody ever cleaned it up in our 4 days there. The room was marginally clean but not like it used to be. Sorry to be negative. Hopefully they are renovating and updating and will be back in true form shortly.
