Hi, thanks so much for the feedback! When you made your reservation you entered that it was for two guests only. You didn't make the reservation for four guests. If you had entered the 4 total guests upon making the reservation you would have seen the charge. It also states that there is a charge for additional guests in our property details. We were unaware of the additional guests until check in. Yes, the neighboring unit did have a busted pipe; which is out of our control. We did have to have it repaired when we were made aware of the issue. It states in the description that it is a duplex cabin and even has pictures of the duplex itself. We offer a complimentary breakfast and private hot tub as well; those and other amenities make our prices very competitive for our area, but thanks again for the feedback!
