The price was pretty good for spring break. Nice facilities and great staff. The property signage could be a lot better.

I had a studio room that was quiet and clean. I was surprised that services such as the pool were in a different building on the property. I should have realized it but didn't read that part closely. Staff was very helpful, parking easy and I liked that I could check out via text message

We have always loved this place BUT this time the indoor hot tub wasn’t working and told them multiple times it wasn’t heating up, maintenance came 3 different times while was in there said it should start working but Never did. Our condo couldn’t be in tub/ shower very long because it was leaking to the people under us.

Upon arrival of the unit we found an unflushed used toilet. Not a pleasant discovery for a supposed clean room! The ceiling fans above the bed were also covered in dust. The overall property was very nice. The first front desk staff member advised he was unable to check in a walk in. I did it myself online! Crazy!

Looked at only for the 2br, 2b. This condo is rundown with crappy/dirty furniture. The glued in plastic shelf brackets on the top edge of the master tub for a water-stop for for make-shift shower. It's a spa tub with a slope so pronounced from the head of the tub that it's "target practice" to get the shower spray to hit you where needed because of how far back you must stand. Tiles are loose/broken. Grout missing. 1.5" dirty/ugly baseboards. BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS or be prepared for a kinked neck from the THICK pillows supplied; otherwise the two beds were good. Carpet is worn with loose seam threads hanging out and soiled. We should have gone to Motel 6.
