The townhouse was perfect for our family vacation. We had 7 adult sized people and a baby. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and made all our meals there. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of common space to hang out and visit. It was very centrally located for all we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again!

'townhouse'

Pros: pool was fine
Cons: remodel these condo's the right way and include noise suppression
Location: location was good, off the major road, other than that its same as the rest
after booking this resort for vacation, upon check in i noticed that there was no washer and dryer per the website i looked at before booking. the 'air conditioning' was a unit built into the wall that had what looked like major rust that had been painted over. as i plugged in my phone that evening i almost stepped into a air duct cut out that was covered up by carpet. last day i was there noisy children and adults were annoying way after midnight that security was called twice. i will never ever stay at this place again. way to much money vs the previous mentioned.

Old, outdated, and uncomfortable.

I chose those place because the pictures made it look really nice. In truth, it is old and in dire need of an overhaul. There was a window unit for the heat and air, the bathroom tiles were broken and the grout around them was crumbling. The bathroom floor was springy - as though you might fall through with each step. The bathtub was either dirty or stained and there were signs of a roof leak in our ceiling. We also had to drive several miles to another location to check in. The hotel staff was not especially helpful or pleasant with helping us find the second location. We could have stayed at a much nicer hotel for a few dollars more. Very disappointing.

nice hotel close to the shows

Pros: we enjoyed the fact that all our shows except one were close by
Cons: Any changes made about checking in or out should be updated to customers so we know where to go
Location: We did not get a chance to go to the winery close by, because we only had 2 days to see shows and we ended up seeing 4 shows. That was the reason for
our stay started with some problems. We had asked for elevators if we had to take stairs. The first room we got had 15 steps. We complained and the ladies at check in were able to accomadate us. We got a notice that they closed at 7:30 pm to check in. They had changed it to 7:00 pm which made us have to travel a couple of miles in order to check in.
