Really cute resort tucked in the woods. Loved having a kitchen & laundry in room. Room didn’t have pans for kitchen but staff quickly resolved. Fireplace is just for looks- does not put off heat just lights.

I liked the fact that the property was protected from anyone that wasn’t a guest from loitering around, it had an attendee at front gate where you had to show that you were a guest before entering. The property was under construction with main hotel so we stayed in cabin like rooms. We had to ask for new towels each day and the area where the ice machine and drink machine was not very clean or brightly lit and there were NO drinks in the machines the entire length of our stay. The main reason I would NEVER stay here again is that you have to PAY for internet. It was costly too and this might have been my fault in not noticing that when booking. The only way you get free internet is if you ate a property owner of one of the cabins.

The floors in our room were so dirty that after our showers we had to wear shoes so our feet wouldn’t turn brown. It was as if the floors had never been mopped. This was the case in both of the rooms I had.

Tried to check in at 7:30 in the evening and no clean rooms. Final got a room at 9:15 and it had about a quarter inch of dust everywhere. Not to mention crumbs, hairs and stains on the headboard. We tried to find another hotel but the town was sold out. Went back and finally got a room at 11:30. Extremely disappointing.

Nice gated entry and community. There are activities for families available. However, our visit was early in season so much is waiting for the better weather. Did have issues on arrival. Room was not ready at 5:40pm. Had wanted to clean up & rest before dinner. But couldn't as room not available till 7:35pm. Even though check out is 10am. Also called in the morning about pool and told indoor pool was available. But when arrived pool was drained and in process of being refilled. Not a big issue just another disappointment. The building 6 we stayed in was nice inside. Very clean. However, The next morning no cleaning service (such as empty garbage, remake bed, replace towels) was received. Nor were we informed that no service would be provided.
