Terrific cozy getaway!
What an outstanding property! The high elevation offered fantastic views. We even experienced moose and foxes in our front yard. As the pictures portray, the interior is comfortable, clean and updated. The kitchen is a terrific gathering spot, and a great place to make meals. We made great use of the deck, enjoying sunshine in the morning, and great weather in the evening. we used the wood-burning stove which works great, but you should be aware that you need to bring your own supplies including wood. Also, Wi-Fi was spotty at best which is not a big deal if you’re looking for a true getaway, but that is one detail that you should know before booking. This property was perfect for our long weekend getaway, and we look forward to returning again!

The cabin, its amenities and location were great. But we did have some issues and the management company Vacasa was terrible at dealing with them.

Some Disappointment
First of all, the inside of the property is beautiful! No complaints! But, the outside was a mess. Walking through mud to get the steps was bad; there were sleds all over the yard when we arrived; the home is badly in need of painting. The handrail for the steps was in bad shape. I got a splinter in my hand using it. It is my responsibility to determine if a property is accessible, but as a 67-year-old lady, I had a lot of trouble with the stairs. We drove around the area and all the other homes were in top notch condition with landscaping and paint. Not this one. I think the stairs could be more accommodating if the handrail was easier to use. There was a porch on the side of the house, a lot fewer steps, but then had to walk down the steep, muddy yard to get to the muddy driveway. Like I said, the inside was very nice. A lot of air in the water line at first and got sprayed badly by the kitchen faucet, but everything else was great. Anyway, I think the owner needs to pay attention to the outside of the property.

This cabin is absolutely beautiful and equipped with all the necessary tools to cook. A few games are available for the family but very comfortable stay surrounded by trees and in our case all the snow we wanted. Highly recommend it but be prepared to not have great Wi-Fi or none at all. So be ready to break away from technology which is not always a bad thing

Quite Getaway
This cabin was the perfect, quite get away that we were looking for. It was comfortable, far enough away from the city to be quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The only thing that could have been improves was the check in. The lock to the front door was very hard to open / potentially broken. It locked just fine manually once we were in, so safety was not a concern. However, it was very difficult to unlock when we first arrived, so much so that we started to call Verbo to let them know we were locked out when we finally figured it out. However, once we were able to unlock the door, the interior was clean warm and comfortable. We had zero complaints about the rest of the state and would still happily give this cabin 5 stars. Just please fix the lock on your door :)

Cozy cabin with modern convenience
Great little cabin to get away to. The modern amenities (central heat, a dishwasher!) were nice to have. There's still a fireplace for ambience. Great hikes nearby, though you'll have to deal with crowds.

Great house
We had a good stay at this property. The dishwasher and garbage disposal did not work so we had to do our own dishes. Not what you want to do when you get away for a long weekend.
