Do DO NOT STAY HERE EVER. I felt unsafe and ultimately got a refund and got a new room in silverdale. Filthy disgusting terrible

Good Value

The facility was comfortable, clean, not fancy but nice. Had a very good complimentary breakfast .. Staff was very nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Pros: Free WiFi and breakfast. Also the availability of a computer and printer in the lobby area was appreciated for obtaining our boarding passes
Cons: The carpet, blinds and drapes could be updated.
Location: Convenient access to highway as well as Bremerton waterfront.
The accommodations were okay and economical. We did have to request the maid service and fresh linens on the second day of our stay as it was not performed the first day. However, the front desk was helpful and the housekeeping manager was very apologetic and had it taken care of that day. The breakfast is very basic and we did enjoy the fresh waffles.

Should rethink hotel policies

Pros: Clean, spacious, friendly staff, good breakfast

The hotel was adequate with clean spacious rooms, and the staff who worked there was very friendly and nice to deal with. However I was unable through the booking company to book one of the 3 rooms with 2 beds. This had happened on more than one other occasion during our 3 week road trip however this was the first hotel that refused to adjust the booking even though the clerk indicated rooms with 2 beds were available for the night. She indicated it was the hotel manager's policy to not allow any adjustments even if they were possible to reservations booked online. The room had a sofa however it was not a sofa bed and the hotel was unable to provide a a fold out cot, leaving my friend and I with the only option to share a bed. I would suggest that management reassess their policies taking into greater consideration the needs of their customers. We also found the bathroom was quite cramped As the shower door and bathroom door could not be open at the same time. Also the space to move around the bed was very limited with one's head positioned right beside the door leading outside.

Very old and run down.

Rooms are really old and musty smelling. Killed 3 very large spiders in the room and them noticed cob webs outside. Definitely need to spray this place. I had to re-clean the tub before I used it. Overall just old and dirty.

No no no no no no no!

Do not stay here. This is not as good as Motel 6. The bed was horribly soft and unstable, the carpets buckle as if flooded or failed to to use a roller to install. Room was cramped and no work station. Toilet flushed or leaked continuously unless handle is in the right position, faucet hot/cold was reversed. They recently became a QI (about a year ago). The Comfort Inn up the hill is better deal and better hotel. If this is quality I'd hate to see hell.

Do Not Stay Here!

Stayed one night on a Friday night. Booked $*, 3 queen room, received a 2 queen room because other room was a smoking room although this was not stated when I booked. Could not have refund as clerk stated that I booked with the travel agent. Pool was a seasonal, which is not stated. Biggest complaint, Room was right next to Jack in the Box drive thru. We heard cars with stereos all night long come and go.
