The run down buildings, unadorned lobby, weird parking lot, uneven floors, unfinished tile work were all bad signs. But the deeply stained white bedspread, chilly room with just one thin blanket, no clock, blinding cold white lighting, 0.1Mbps internet speed, and bright light outside my window all night will keep me away for good.

Business trip, no other place available

Cons: better quality towels and sheets
Room was clean and all items functioned. Hotel is older, towels and sheets could use replacement. Staff was friendly and helpful. Some of the other guests were less than what I have grown to expect from travelers in Texas.

Disgusting!

Pros: NOTHING!
Cons: EVERYTHING!
Your facility was the most disgusting and poorly kept hotel I have ever stayed in. It took 3 rooms until I was able to find one that was halfway decent. The paint is pilling, there are holes in the ceilings, the carpets are stained, the doors have holes in them, the toilets don't flush right, they smell terrible and the towels had stains all over them. I have never seen anything like it! I was so disappointed and will NEVER stay at your facility again!!

Won't stay here again.

Have stayed here for the last 5 years while passing through. Every year room/hotel quality has diminished. Had bugs in room last two years. This year it was a roach! Beds have cheep mattresses that are uncomfortable and extremely small, especially for two people (full size). Sheets are see-through, old and worn. Food behind furniture and floor not clean (explains the roach). Breakfast consists of bread, cereal, milk and juice(SUGAR ONLY). Thank goodness I packed real food. Wish I would have known that I could have uploaded photos. Not staying here again.

Not bad for price

We were welcomed, the hotel manager was able to check us in early once our room was ready. Since we paid already checked in was a breeze. Free WiFi, cable and best was continental breakfast. Hotel has 24 hour cameras security which made us feel at ease.

STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE! MOLD, ROACHES, WASPS!

Pros: The Front Desk staff were extremely nice during check-in, and when we subsequently fled the hotel.
Cons: They should hire a competent cleaning staff, and hire a reputable exterminator.
Location: This was convenient location for us to participate in Round Tree festivities.
Absolutely worst hotel we've ever stayed in. One of our rooms had 4in long roaches. I snagged a dead one before my wife saw it, and took it to the toilet to flush it. The toilet had black mold growing on the seat, in the bowl, and on the lid. The shower was covered with rust from the shower head all the way to the drain. ABSOLUTLLY DISGUSTING. Our other room had wasps living in the air conditioner. We were terrified to turn it on for fear of the entire nest blowing into the room. The rooms and building reeked of smoke. We literally ran from the rooms. I was NOT willing to have my family stay in such conditions. The only good thing was the front desk staff. I calmly described the problems. They refunded my money and were very apologetic.
