Sorry that we fell short to your expectations. Though many of our guests have enjoyed the renovations that we have done. We are extremely sorry that it did not meet your needs. We take all criticism positive or negative to the bottom of our hearts and will try to make changes to all the things that was brought to our attention. We appreciate you staying with us.
