Located in the gated community of Connestee Falls, close proximity to Asheville, this 3BR/2BA home offers the prime escape. Two decks present sitting areas, alfresco dining, and a grill.

The immaculate interior features two living areas and a roomy open-concept floor plan. Take advantage of community amenities (amenity fee required): an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, heated pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. Your home is close to a number of must-see North Carolina attractions, including four lakes, 20 miles of premier hiking trails, fishing, and multiple rushing waterfalls!

LIVING AREA

Featuring vaulted ceilings with skylights and a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, the family room is the ideal place to relax. Watch movies on the smart TV or play a game at the arcade table.

The second living area is fitted with a gas-burning fireplace, a reclining sectional, and a smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen is appointed with a full suite of appliances, granite countertops, and ample cookware.

When your delectable dishes are ready, the table seats six and the kitchen bar accommodates five.

BED & BATH

This single-level home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Sleep soundly on the queen bed in the primary suite. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a full-size bed.

The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Overlooking a canal that leads to the lake behind the home from the spacious decks. One of the decks offers alfresco dining for six and the other has a gas grill and bistro seating for two.

Connestee Falls community amenities include:

The amenity fee is $150 (subject to change), and the price increases for stays longer than one month.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a portable crib. Paddleboards, kayaks, fishing gear, and life vests are provided.

Parking is available for four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway).

LOCATION

This home offers incredible access to a wide array of outdoor recreation. The lake is roughly 0.3 miles away with lake access at the Atagahi Park (fishing license $6/day or $15 for 7 days; price subject to change).

The Connestee Falls community is home to more than 20 miles of private hiking trails, with plenty of waterfalls to see and explore around. Other nearby hikes include Table Rock (23 miles), Looking Glass Falls (18 miles), Shining Rock Wilderness Area (30 miles), and Triple Falls in Dupont State Forest (10 miles).

Find shopping and dining 15 minutes away in the town of Brevard. You're also within driving distance of Hendersonville (24.4 miles), Sierra Nevada Brewing (27.6 miles), and Asheville (41.8 miles).

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
