Totally misrepresented. Felt too uncomfortable & Unsafe to stay. Office building derelict & the accommodation was out the back where it was dirty & unkempt. Room looked clean but washed dishes still in drainer on sink did not give impression that the room/bed had been freshly cleaned/changed..Had to pay for the room even though it was unsuitable because I didn't meet the cancellation deadline. Would never have booked if I had known the true situation!!

Thanks foe the stay
Late arrival however instructions were concise and easy. Met the staff in the morn. Very friendly and courteous. The shutlle was a nice addition and time.

Photos on site not what you get when you arrive. We thought this motel had been shut down when we first arrived due to the condition and appearance of it. We arrived between 1-2pm (check in time usually 2pm) but room not ready. We had to wait outside for approximately 20 mins in the covered area but it was raining so seats were all wet. When we got our room, it did stink of overuse of chemicals. The floor had just been mopped but there were still tissue paper, chips and other rubbish on the floor. The pillows stunk as well as our towels. The electrical power point in the bathroom was not properly fitted to the wall and very unsafe to use. The gardens are all overgrown with weeds. The TV continually shut off during a movie. You are only provided with 3 sets of kitchen ware but we were a family of 4. Restaurant is closed as well so you may need to update this as there is hardly any other options of eating out nearby.
