Wonderful stay. Consider child locks.
Everything about this hotel was wonderful! We stayed in the East building and really enjoyed the Maps on the walls in the gym and business center. Very interesting. I will say, adding a child lock on the inside of the room would have been the only thing to make this stay better. Knowing our little could potentially get out made me weary. We used the bar stools against the door as a deterrent, but an interior lock, out of reach would have been best.

When we arrived, I had to search for a desk clerk. We were assigned room 414 which we later learned wasn't even in the building but was down an alley about 1/2 block away. There was no personnel located at the alternate location and to make use of the dining room or lounge we would have to walk back and forth to our room - out of doors through the parking garage and down the alley. The web pages indicate none of this. We were very displeased, told the desk clerk we were NOT staying with them and left.
