Modernly updated and boasting an enclosed yard - all of your favorite amenities are on display. As you explore the interior, you will quickly take notice of the living room's oversized sofa and large smart TV with cable. The adjacent chef's kitchen is composed of stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. Dining is made a breeze at both the breakfast bar and formal dining table.

Down the hall, you'll discover that the bedrooms are equally comfortable with their soft linens, central air, and smart TVs. Extra perks include a washer/dryer, Pack 'n Play, and space to park boats and RVs in the fenced yard.

Outside, the kids can enjoy the playset while the dogs run in the grassy yard. Close by, visit Annutteliga Hammock Park, Indigo Lane Trailhead and Picnic Area, Buford Spring Trailhead, Homosassa Wildlife Management Area, and all of downtown's shops and restaurants.

Things to Know


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
