The front desk staff was amazing! They offered a map and highlighted all of the things happening (markets, concerts, where to take the canal ride, and sights we might want to see). Super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and convenient and an easy walk to everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend this property.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff
Had a lovely stay, staff were extremely friendly. Location was great, very central! We were originally given a room on the 4th which had no lift access which was no good with the pram, so the staff quickly changed our room - would be returning!
