Some maintenance needs—outlet to right of sink did not work—we had to move the toaster to another location. The ceiling vent in the kitchen lost one screw and was hanging by one screw. I thought the living room furniture was uncomfortable but then I am old. All in all it was clean, plenty of linens, instructions were printed out (a bit of confusion about the trash). We had a great time visiting our friends, eating and shopping in the village.

The furnishings in this home are lovely and we had a great time. You can tell it's a *tad* on the older side because we had to reset the outlets in the kitchen, but it is in a great location and we had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay Was the first time ever in saint simons. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE OVER AND ABOVE GIFT OF FLOWERS THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL. I recommend going to driftwood beach absolutely worth seeing.

Visited SSI for a week with our daughter.
Found this pleasant home for the 3 of us at a reasonable price. Nice, quiet and private. Loved walking thru the neighborhood, Smallcakes cupcakes, Jittery Joes, just to name a few of our favs.

The house itself is old, but comfortable.
We were comfortable (myself, my daughter and my mother). We had space and everything we needed. If I owned the property, I would throw out 90% of the towels/washcloths. Some looked worse than what I wash my car with. Also, I kept wondering if the comforter covers were laundered between guests..? The oven needs a thorough cleaning. The houses sit right on the road and no one goes the speed limit. Road noise is load. It’s nice the driveway is a half circle so you can pull out instead of having to back out onto the busy road.
