Checked in at 4 pm, got to my room and turned on tv to watch PGA golf tournament and remote was dead. Walked to front office and was given a remote that had good batteries and walked back to my room. New remote would not turn on tv and there are no manual controls to their LG tvs, so walked back to office and was told maintenance would be on site at 5:00 to take care of problem. Waited till 6:00 and walked back to office to see what happened to maintenance. Was told he would be on site in 20 minutes so walked back to room. 30 minutes passes and front desk called to let me know they were going to have me move to another room which I agreed to and new room had a tv and remote that works.

No remote for tv in room, had to go check in to get one. Sounded like a kennel with several dogs barking at each other, nobody would answer phone when I tried to report this. Disappointed would describe this trip.

Check-in was a nightmare. they knew that I had paid for the room, but they couldn't get confirmation. They gave me the number to call expedia even though I got the room through Travelocity. When I called to get Travelocity to call the front desk, the night clerk stepped away for 10 minutes and didn't receive the call. One and a half hours later it was finally cleared up. The trip back was better, but I will not be staying there again!
