Hotel staff is unorganized, rude and is not willing to help. None of the front desk staff had any sense of urgency and the lack of professionalism is disturbing. The room cost was $503 and not worth it what so ever. Check in time on email confirmation is 3pm. Arrived at 3 to check in and was told that 3o’clock is a third party checkin time and actual hotel check in 4. At 4 pm I was told room is not ready and the reception said that she doesn’t know when the room will be ready and can’t give me an approx time. I asked if she can check in with housekeeping and she said she can’t contact housekeeping until she is done servicing all the guests in the lobby which is absolutely ridiculous. No sense of urgency or care . Room wasn’t ready until after 6. The room itself wasn’t properly cleaned. There was trash left under the sink, hair in the tub and the bathroom door lock was getting stuck. Called front desk to advise of the door issue. Maintenance guy came and said its a known issue but nothing that can be done. Wow! Requested extra pillows which after 3 hours of waiting for we're not brought up to the room. Had to go to lobby to get them myself.
