The place and rooms are beutifull with a lot of potential but.. There is no elevator and the staff just looks at you struggling uo and down the staairs with you bags. Breakfast is from 8 to 10. We came down to almost no options at 9:30 and had nothing to eat. No one really cared.. Water in shower are going from hot to. Cold every few seconds. Its terrible. Ac in the room on max cold does nothing.. Just air.. Staff.. Well is seems no one realy cares or is interested in you or your matters.. Would never come back and wont recommend

Mycket besvikna efter att ha betalat dubbelt
Vi är besvikna på vistelsen. Vi bokade och använde oss av Rewards-programmet för att betala vistelsen innan vi checkade in. När vi checkade ut hittade inte personalen vår betalning. Efter mycket letande i deras ekonomiska system och förklarande från vår sida gick vi med på att de tillfälligt debiterade vårt kreditkort så vi kunde komma i tid till vår flight några timmar senare. När vi kom hem kontaktade jag Hotels.com och fick hjälp. Jag skicka mina bankuppgifter till hotellet och de skulle ge oss tillbaka beloppet som de debiterade oss "så snart som möjligt". Efter c:a 6 månader och ett antal påminnelser har vi fortfarande inte fått igen beloppet. Vi kommer inte att komma tillbaka. Det är egentligen inte något fel på stället men vi kan inte rekommendera ett hotel som inte klarar av sitt eget ekonomiska system och inte kan göra en utlandsbetalning. Vi är besvikna.
