The facility apparently dates from 1828 and is beautifully maintained. Outstanding customer service. Desk staff, particularly Mihail and Wahleed: superlative. While the property is highly rated, the service is virtually non-existent. When asked to order a cab, we were told to go outside and use uber. No one knew where the restaurants are or where the breakfast is, until we started interrogating the front desk staff
