Ask questions before you book...make no spontaneous upgrades/purchases.

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: No free Internet, Poor breakfast, "upgraded" rooms are ordinary, indoor smoking allowed, staff english comprehension is poor
We paid for an upgrade to a room with a view. Although the view was indeed spectacular, the room was less than remarkable. The were a few stains on the carpet, and it was extremely warm for October even though we had the "air" on full blast for our entire stay. Also, the paperwork led us to believe breakfast was not included so we went through the trouble of finding a cafe (the one above CBA on the corner is EXCELLENT in quantity, price and taste). The next day we found out it was in fact included, but the offerings were scrambled eggs so wet they resembled soup, fruits that were browning and dried out, and the driest, coldest potatoes I have ever encountered. Also, the staff desperately want to use their English skills, but after getting our orders and requests mixed up a few times, my Hungarian husband had to speak Hungarian to get correct results. Wifi is not free; 100 minutes for $30 dollars was outrageous. I don't recommend upgrading to anything because the location to the attractions is so convenient (Bus #16 takes you to the city center and has late hours), you'd do better in a regular room and spending your money on seeing attractions in person rather than from the window. Also, the indoor smoking was a turnoff.
