Go to any window and it becomes a frame for the beauty of nature ~ tall pine trees, quaking aspen, willows, outstanding 14er mountain views, and if you are lucky a bighorn sheep, moose, or bobcat. The shady front porch is the place to relax on a hot summer day. A leisurely walk down the drive yields a view of the Wilsey ditch and grassy meadows. A variety of wildlife drink from the ditch. The bighorn sheep viewing meadow is adjacent to the property. While the rest of us park our vehicles and hope to see the bighorn sheep in the few moments we are there, you have a front row seat to the mountain they climb in order to reach the meadow. The cabin and its 2 acres are surround on 3 sides by USFS/State land. No neighbors in sight. No roads in sight. No noise. Clear starry skies. 100% nature. This is Colorado perfect.
