The staff make the hotel

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: No free Internet, Poor breakfast
Stayed here for at least 6 weeks over the past year. The location is great, right near some very good restaurants. The staff are very helpful even if their english skills are not the best. The rooms are well decorated. Minuses The internet charges are very high and its a pain to get a code to log on. Other hotels do this much better. The breakfast is poor at best, the eggs are runny and occasionally burnt. And its a pain to wait for coffee in the morning due to lack of service.

Awesome hotel. We def. be back.

Stayed here on business for 2 days. Was very impressed based on what I paid. High-end, clean, great service, good location. Will be back.

Nice, clean and comfortable, definitely worth every penny spent for this hotel.

Cons: No free Internet
My husband and his friends only stayed there for couple of nights but the services were great, place is very beautiful and comfortable. We hightly recommend this hotel for people who wants a nice and quite staying over.

Very impressive lobby & restaurant

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. The main reataurant in the lobby was wonderful and the food was excellent as was the service. We had use of their spa facilities to shower and dress before we went to airport for late flight. So we were able to enjoy the whole day in Buenas Aires.
