Welcome to 18 Granger Place. Excellent location one block from Elmwood Ave shopping dining and nightlife and very close to Delaware Park and the Albright Knox museum.
This upper apartment is one flight up from street level and features two bedrooms furnished with queen sized beds, a single subway tiled bathroom, a light-filled large open kitchen and spacious and comfortable sitting area. Tons of windows, beautiful hardwood floors and exposed brick throughout. Tastefully and comfortably furnished for short trips or longer stays. Off-street parking available for most vehicles.

Great Stay in a Great Neighborhood
We had a great stay at this cozy little apartment in Elmwood. The neighborhood was great, close to bars and restaurants. The art museum is very close. We went to a Bills game and to Niagra Falls and this location was easy to and from with Uber / Lyft. Communications with the owner were easy and helpful.

Very nice location
Cute cozy apartment close to restaurants and shops. Short driving distance to most attractions in Buffalo. There is a park down the road that is beautiful to walk to. My only complaint is that the windows are big and all of the curtains are sheer. It’s very bright in the morning, which is kind of nice if you don’t want to sleep in.

Clean and quiet, second floor so be prepared for stairs.
This property was as represented. Great shower. One of the bedroom doors wouldn't latch so this was a problem for my daughter as we couldn't keep the dog out of her room. The quality of the bedding could improve. Nice living room.

Comfortable apartment in great location!
My adult daughter and I spent 3 comfortable nights here while we explored Buffalo. Excellent location. Lovely neighbourhood. Large, well equipped upper duplex. It's an older building and slightly tired. Window AC units as opposed to central AC. Tiny bathroom. Well equipped renovated kitchen. Reliable high speed Internet. Only suggestion - the unit could use more lamps especially in the bedrooms. Excellent value. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Elmwood is a hidden gem
This is a wonderful neighborhood to explore. The home is clean, roomy and so comfortable. We had everything we needed and walked everywhere. Close to so many shops, restaurants and a beautiful park. We would highly recommend.

Clean and charming upstairs pet-friendly stay in Elmwood Village
We brought our dogs and teens for a week’s stay. Beautiful old home was well stocked and very clean with extremely comfortable beds and linens. Window air conditioners in both bedrooms and living area. Plenty of parking in front of the house. Walking distance to Delaware Park, many restaurants and shops. Surprisingly quiet. Hosts were very responsive and provided an air bed (as a part for the pull out couch was on order). Highly recommend this property. Be aware that stairs to upper unit are a bit steep and narrow, similar to many homes built in 1900.
