Rooms are very noisy due to I90 Thruway traffic. The front desk clerk was unable to change my room the first night because he was unsure which rooms housekeeping had cleaned so I had to wait until the following day until they arrived at 9 am (one night wasted). The hotel carpets are filthy. The carpet in my room was so dirty that the bottom of my feet needed washed before retiring. Be sure to fill out a card daily at the front desk if you would like to have the room cleaned, otherwise they will not even give clean towels nor take the trash let alone make the bed without the filled out card. I have never stayed in a hotel where I had to fill out a card daily for housekeeping. The blanket for my room had a burn hole in it, so much for a non-smoking room. The air conditioner in my room was leaking water all over the carpet. The carpet was sopping wet- did not get repaired for my entire week stay. There were no wipes available in the gym and the temperature in the gym was 80 degrees. The breakfast was adequate but the dining room overlooks a filthy front porch area where everyone apparently goes out for a cigarette. I would not stay at this hotel again. I thought that I was staying in a property by Radisson but this one is privately owned and it shows.

I’ve stayed here before. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bed is comfortable and there is a Wegman’s around the corner. Can’t ask for much better than that.

It was really easy to get off the Thruway and get to the hotel. Inside it was clean and the staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and I always like when there is a microwave and refrigerator. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.
