Beautifully Renovated 2-bedroom plus office Elmwood Village Apt

Welcome to this recently renovated, historic first-floor apartment on one of the most walkable streets in the Elmwood Village. It’s one of America's 10 Best Neighborhoods, as designated by the American Planning Association.

We are centrally located and less than a half block away from Chapin Parkway and Elmwood Avenue with numerous coffee shops, restaurants/bars and shopping just steps away. The new AKG Art Gallery, Burchfield Penney Art Galley and Buffalo State College are also walkable. We are also a short drive away from Canal Side, downtown Buffalo, Allentown, Larkinville, Key Bank Center and a 25 minute drive to the Buffalo Bills stadium and Niagara Falls.

Living room: Spacious layout with ample seating, a 55 in Smart TV and 477 Mbps WiFi.

Dining room: Plenty of space for entertaining and a dining table to seat 4 guests.

Kitchen: Full kitchen including gas stove, oven, full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. A Keurig, toaster, cups, plates, cutlery, and wine glasses/wine opener are also available. There are enough pots and pans and utensils to cook small meals.

(2) Bedrooms: Nicely sized bedrooms both have comfortable queen mattresses. Extra pillows, a comforter, and a fan are in each bedroom closet.

Bathroom: Beautifully tiled shower/bathtub with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, fluffy towels and wash cloths.

Office: Work desk with charging station, desk lamp and office chair. Futon can accommodate an additional guest, or spot to relax, and extra sheets are in hallway linen closet.

Front porch: VRBO guests can use furniture on the front porch. There are additional patio chairs located in the first bedroom closet. VRBO hosts/owners use the front porch to access their unit as well. There can be no loud noise/music on the porch at any time and quiet hours are 9pm-9am.

Please do not park in the driveway, only street parking is available. There are 7 steps leading up to the front porch, but none in the apartment. There is a Ring camera located at the front door, but no interior cameras.

Great location!
Property was exactly as described and was perfect for our family. Location was great - we had friends that rented a property on the same street and we were walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay, but if there is one thing missing, it would be central air. Such a hot summer, but the portable unit did an OK job, and each bedroom had a fan, so it was bearable. We would stay here again.

Took a minute for me to get used to this place. We are from a southern metro area where everything is new. After my initial shock of an older, northern home, I began to appreciate the charm. This place is super clean, up to date bathroom and kitchen with the beauty of uneven hardwood floors. You can hear walking from the upstairs unit and their staircase but it was limited. Parking was only an issue once, but the weather was nice for a walk. Overall, this Southerner would recommend when spending time in Buffalo.

We absolutely enjoyed having drinks on the porch or coffee in the morning. Such a beautiful place. We loved that the unit was very clean and close to shopping and walking distance to the art gallery. A larger dining table would have been required if we were going to be there longer and eat any meals except breakfast. The living room was very comfortable and had the perfect amount of seating for the 5 of us. Thank you!

What a fantastic spot! Property is super clean and spacious. It’s a gorgeous, walkable neighborhood. We loved the front porch for morning coffee and evening beverages. Would be great to have a few more staples in the kitchen and hanging hooks in the bathroom, but that didn’t deter us from enjoying our stay. I wish I would have booked for longer. Recommended!

We enjoyed our stay here for a Thanksgiving weekend in Buffalo visiting family. The location could not be better! It’s a few blocks from everything you could need- especially great coffee! Alex’s communication was great. The place was easy to access when we arrived and we were so pleased with how clean it was. We had everything we needed and more! We hope to stay here for our yearly visits to Buffalo! Highly recommend.
