The door to the pool off the west wing did not open with a key so we had to walk in pooring rain all the way around the building in hard wind and for eah time we went out to yake dogs out we had to put a card board in the door so it would not lock us out. Also the registration employee treated me like i was lying about my dogs being a service dog. It was very demeaning explaining why i need my service dog. Then the questioning on the service dog contract or what ever it was had me remembering why my condition was a condition. They did not explain where the walking area was so we searched for a spot to take the dogs in the night with rain and horrible wind and cold. We finally found that the door right next to our room led to one. Wish we new that earlier.

I was given a room key to a room where someone occupied it and walked in on them. Very scary to experience this. Also the ac didn’t work and I was extremely hot while trying to sleep. Didn’t get much sleep.
