Perfect location for a wine trip
We've been coming to Seneca Lake for the past 6 years and this was the best location yet! So close to all of our favorite wineries and town. The beds were soo comfortable and there's a great view of the lake through nice, big windows. It slept/ fit 6 adults comfortably. John was responsive to my questions. No complaints here.

Simple but very convenient and comfortable
Great location, clean, well supplied with towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies and appliances, parking spaces, board games, left over fire wood, Minutes away from the Glen and wineries. Great view of Seneca lake with outdoor fire ring for s’mores. House and furnishings are old like in the pix but clean and comfortable. Beds and linen were clean and comfortable. House is on Route 79 so there’s traffic thoroughfare visible and audible. There’s also an abandoned house in the back that was creepy but it added to the fun of the stay for us city folks. No complaints of the stay overall.

Great Lake Getaway
The location was perfect for great lake views but being close to Watkins Glen for trips to stores, restaurants, and hiking the Glen. The house had just about everything we needed to cook, clean, and sleep well.

Great Location, Convenient to Town and Wineries, Great View.
Great Location, Great View, Convenient to Town and Wineries. Many extra amenities in the house. We all enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing with wonderful views
The place was a nice size for our group of 5 adults and having a half bath downstairs was convenient. We really enjoyed the view over the lake from the porch and the yard under the trees. The place was very clean and the location was convenient to all the places we wanted to go. Due to the dry summer we ran out of water near the end of the week, but a quick call to John and the issue was resolved quite quickly. My older did Mom had trouble using the shower, since there wasn’t a grab bar and the tub floor has a slant to it. Overall it was a relaxing and home-like place for a family reunion.
