Found the bed comfortable. Very loud neighbors, paper thin walls, doors that slam loudly, and the lingering smell of smoke. Shower pressure was poor. Overall, fair for the price.

Great place to stay!

Our son is a student at UVM, and we have gone up many times to visit him. We have eaten at the Windjammer restaurant on several occasions, and it does not fail to deliver. We finally decided to give the hotel a try, and have now stayed there twice. It is convenient to both the campus and downtown Burlington, as well as Target and other stores in So. Burlington. The free breakfast isn't the best, but it certainly isn't bad. There are a lot of selections, and hey, it's free. Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff, and cookies after 8pm in the lobby! Highly recommend!

The outside signage needs to be improved. We parked by the restaurant only to find all of the doors locked when we followed the signs toward the hotel. It was freezing cold so not much fun until we figured out that we would have to drive around the building to get inside. The signage was very deceptive. Other than that it was a very satisfactory stay.
