Room was ok. Its an older hotel. Room felt almost like a hospital room, not very warm and inviting. Mattress needed to be replaced. If i wasnt sleeping in the middle i felt like was going to roll out of bed. Was ok for 1 night.

Heat in room didn't work, and we had booked at the last minute. The clerk was awesome and luckily they had another room they switched us to no problem! Great service

The location to the event I was attending was acceptable. The lobby seemed clean. There wasn’t any shampoo in the bathroom and I forgot mine. I walked to a convience store where the hotel manager told me to go. They didn’t have any shampoo either, I went next door to Quality Inn Hotel where they gave me two free bottles of shampoo when I offered to pay for them. I appreciate their kindness. The bees seemed clean but the floor had long dark curly hair and white fleets of something in the bathroom. I was on the first floor as I dislike elevators. It was noisy and I was happy I remembered my ear plugs as I had a early morning class that day.
