The property was perfectly situated for our trip to UVM (5 miles away) and less than a mile from a gas station with convenience store, a Dunkin Donuts, and a Hannaford super market. It is right off a main highway but set back enough that it feels more like home. The suite was roomy and well stocked with any essential items. The best part of the whole place is their great team of employees. Customer service was on par! I work in customer relations so I tend to pay very close attention to any situation where I am the customer. From the phone call I made to ask questions about the suites and location prior to making a reservation, to the needs of extra towels, each employee I met and or spoke with was knowledgeable and super friendly. Traveling during covid restrictions with my family was stressful and the Sonesta team was very accommodating. A special shout out to Karen ( not sure if I spelled that correctly) for making sure my children had reservations for pool time each night. Her friendliness was highly appreciated to the point my husband stated “the best part of this place is that lady at the desk”. She helped make a not very fun medical trip into a mini vacation by ensuring my children had plenty of pool time which was highly needed after being unable to travel for over a year due to covid stay-at-home orders. If we ever need to come to the Burlington area in the future I would definitely book my stay here again.

Unit was a good size. Bathrooms were a bit tired looking, cracked floor tiles. Outdoor stairs to the second floor unit were rotting. Furnishings and decor were nice. There were cigarette butts outside the unit from previous guests

Check in was terrible. Staff were difficulty and kept referring to third party (Travelocity) being the problem that I booked through. Staff not friendly at all.

Close to shopping, airport, restaurants

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. They provided tips and suggestions regarding directions, gym location, etc.
