Even the bathroom paper had stains

Cons: Noisy, Poor breakfast, nasty
Gross place, even the TP had stains. Fighting drunks and management didn't do a thing about it. Was booked for 2 nights left after first nite. GROSS GROSS GROSS The breakfast is stale day old donuts.

Overnight business trip

The room was old and in pretty bad shape, but was clean and functional. Not what I would recommend unless your budget requires spending the bare minimum. The heater/air conditioner was quite noisy, but that was OK since the walls were pretty thin. Had a small fridge and the TV worked.

You get what you pay for....

The staff were friendly and accommodating, but this is not a place to stay if you have business to conduct. They offered Internet access, but it had to be pre-arranged. Also, there was no iron if you needed to freshen up a suit. For a two niight stay it was adequate, longer might not have worked. One plus was it's close proximity to Downtown and some family restaurants and shopping.
