Overall, a good hotel. Great location and easy access. A great view of the ocean from the room with a beautiful area with trees and a pond in the center of the hotel. Free parking on the street right in front of the hotel. Bed was comfortable with a nice big shower. We found a small live roach in the bathroom when we arrived. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful but it took a long time for each transaction.

Hi, I've yet to reach out to the hotel since I arrived in my country, the USA, on Jan 6th after checking out on the morning of Jan 6th. Upon checkout late in the afternoon, I found several bed bug bites all over my body, including my neck, torso, arms, legs, and feet. They were extremely itchy and painful, and I needed medical attention once I got to my home country later that evening. They prescribed medication and painkillers. I did not have these bites when I checked in. Could you let me know what you will do about this? It has been extremely agonizing throughout my flight, and even upon landing, I had to visit the ER with a high fever and extreme rash and get prescription painkillers. I'll never stay at a Hilton again. I've reached out to hotel management and awaiting their next step on this. Very disappointed with Hilton
