Terrible customer service by the evening staff. Was shamed for the “level” of room booked by the evening employee, Amy. Daytime staff was friendly and accommodating though.

No elevator!!! Previously pet friendly but rule was changed in the past few months, was not made aware of the change until arrival. Friend could not visit. Bathroom sink would not drain. Room was very clean and very adequate except for the long hike with several pieces of luggage up long steep stairs.

Downtown down time
It was an average stay. The front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating. The hot tub was disappointing as it was more like a warm bath with no strong jets. The pool room did have a ping pong table which was fun. It is close to downtown so with that comes the sound of sirens all hours of the night.

It is convenient to the BMO centre. Access to it is sketchy coming from the north, the alley is full of pot holes. The breakfast was good except on one day, they packed things up before 10 and it was hard to find someone to get refills on the coffee and waffles.
