I stay here when I come for work as it's accross the street. Beds are clean and comfy. Gets a little loud at times after events but that's anywhere. The bar closed early (6:30pm) when I was there that was the only thing I didn't like.

Liked: friendly and very approachable concierge, location downtown is absolutely excellent, our room was cleaned regularly, good amount of towels, $20/night valet underground parking easy to use/access Didn’t like: no fridge in room, breakfast buffet is not complimentary, no real milk for Keurig and teas in room are only caffeinated, water in shower had inconsistent heat, room was cold upon arrival, smell of cleaning agents were slightly off putting, dim lighting options only after dark no overhead room lights only lamps

Stayed here before and enjoyed our stay this time around the heater made a constant sound, the ceiling was peeling and had some trouble closing the door. staff was very nice and accommodating. Was worth it for one night
