Constantly smells extremely terrible in the hallways and main areas (room smells fine), pool is barely heated and hot tub not working. No staff to be found when you need assistance.

Very comfortable bed. Room was spotless and the front desk gal Andrea(not sure how she dpelled her name)was a joy to be around. She was very accommodating,friendly and made us feel valued and welcome. We definitely will be repeat guests.

Sadly the service is going downhill. No towels in the pool area. Breakfast was sparse. A group came in early and they failed to replenish unless asked. This was at 830 am and they were open until 1000.
