Everybody went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Jonathan the Bartender at Bar&Tono Bar applied all his creativity to prepare COCKTAILS with his personal touch. Wilson, the Bellboy, was always attentive to our transportation needs, William, Paolo, and Jose at the front desk were prompt to guide us and make sure we were informed of all possible venues around the hotel. Davidson, Javier and all personnel at the restaurant and Room Service provided the best eating experience for us.

Very nice hotel in Cali id say one of the best centered Hotels however the Wifi was horrible and some areas of the hotel need remodeling/ paint but otherwise its great stay very welcoming
