The property is tired. There was an overwhelming smell of air freshener in the lobby that was so strong it was nauseating. Pool was not working.

We went during a large event in Cambridge and management was very difficult about modifying our reservation (insisted on staying thru the weekend, at $400/night rates)! But front desk staff went way out of her way to help me locate something I thought was lost. So overall, everything worked out fine. Overall very large rooms, all facilities were fine, good breakfast, and friendly service. Aside from greedy management during busy time, everything was great.
