Floors too thin. We couldn't sleep because of noises of beds above. Second day a toilet smell filled the rooms out of nothing. unpleasant

Great Hotel

Excellent staff and the hotel location is perfect with San Jose attractions. I will return to this hotel when I visit San Jose.
