Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The only bad thing was the long airport shuttle wait when we arrived, but after seeing how congested the traffic is on the way in and out to the Cancun airport I was able to understand why that happened.

Courtyard by Marriott Cancun Airport is a convenient place to stay before or after flying. The free shuttle service was excellent. Reservation desk was a little slow and service varied by staff person. We got some contradictory information. Restaurant was good and staff there and at the bar were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well-equipped, but overly air-conditioned.

Shuttle to the Hotel took forever. When we called for the shuttle were quoted between 5 and 25 minutes. Seriously....why don't they have communication with the driver to give better time line? At any rate...it took 30 minutes! Check in took forever. When we arrived around 6:00pm there was only1 person at the desk, with 4 families waiting to check in. Another person arrived, only to spend time chatting it up with another person from the back room. Ridiculous...the client should have priority. Our room was very comfortable. Comfortable bed, nice linens, ample towels. Much to our dismay, there were no bottles of water and water was in the ice bucket from a pervious person. I immediately noticed the coffee service did not have any cream/sugar packets. We called housekeeping and neither requests were ever met. The restaurant had good food and very attentive service. The pool area was the shining star for our stay. Bravo, Hector! Nothing but good things to say. I did want some complimentary bottled water. The bartender was going to charge me. He had me run down housekeeping for the water. We stayed NYE and were disappointed they were only offering a buffet.. BUT....you could order off the full menu for room service? Why not just have the menu available in the restaurant? We ended up taking or room service down to the pool to have a nice quiet New Years Dinner. The final straw for our disappointing stay. NO hairdryer?? C'mon...the most basic amenity!!

The food I ordered to room service was very poor quality, in the front desk they offered free transportation to the airport every 30 minutes but when I went outside at 8:45 am I wait 15 minutes, the lady who works there told me that I need to wait other 30 minutes because the van wasn’t arrived to pick up guess, I need to take a Taxi.
