GR Caribe was an excellent choice for my family vacation! This resort exceeded our expectations! The food was great, the pools were great and the rooms were great! Plenty of food options to choose from and multiple pools to play in. The staff is so wonderful and amazing, friendly and caring! Thank you so much to Garcia, Eduardo, Jaime, Nancy and all staff!!

The hotel staff is very unattentive. Do not stay at GR Caribe. The front desk staff-especially Ans-is very dismissive and of zero help. The hotel policy stinks as well. We missed the first day of vacation due to the airline. Travelocity called the hotel and told them what had happened and that we would be checking in one day late-they said they would waive the first day hotel stay for our three rooms. Now they refuse to reimburse us although we were not at fault at all. Additionally their rooms need updating and I was shocked by the lamp next to the bed and thrown back. I would not recommend staying at GR Caribe.

Wi-fi always connected/rooms ocean view deluxe excellent the food was great snack great. Overall i would visit againg soon. Staff at the GR caribe excellent 👌 highly recommended. Staying at GR caribe i had access to royal resort right next to it. sister hotel and they where wonderful too.

Our stay was wonderful! The resort was clean, the restaurants had a good variety of well prepared and presented dinners, and the employees were all extremely friendly. During our vacation we felt that the goal of the staff was our pleasure, and they succeeded!

The beach was nice. Internet was terrible. Food was ok but they serve always the same food everyday. Service not good.
