Me and my girlfriend stayed at the resort for 8 beautiful days, we felt right at home as soon as we walked in the staff was extremely friendly and the hotel procedures to stay clean and keep everyone social distancing was top tier. I advise anyone to stay here beautiful beaches and beautiful property. I would like to give a special thank you to one of the staff Gregorio he was extremely helpful and funny and a very genuine person he made our stay quite rememberable. I would also like to give a shoutout to Jessica who helped us with everything we needed with questions about reservations and good places to go outside the hotel. Remember this is an all inclusive but these people are very kind people and very hard workers who treat us very well. Make sure you tip them when they are helping you. Overall amazing stay couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you grand park royal.

Staff is very friendly. The facility was clean. I haven't been there in 3 years and now there are more activities at night and also a kids club. I enjoyed my time.
