There was only two restaurants that opened for dinner wirhour reservations and obviously due to this limit there was always a line. They also have a 3rd restaurants opened for dinning but it was only seafood with no options for kids. For a family resort this seems like kind of weird. And the resort seems to appear to lots of local whicg seems to caused some employees to trear toy different if they believe that you was local. The internet was hardly working, and the outside excursions where very limited

Resort was nice, very family friendly. Lots of food options but everywhere is such a small area that the lines are LONG for food and with screaming children it’s just not a relaxing dining experience.

Mini bar was never restocked, even the water. Limited outside seating, never updated from adults only resort. False advertisement for free Covid testing. Carefully read the reviews as they are accurate.

We booked happy shuttle for our transportation. Beware, the walk from inside the airport to the shuttle area is a gauntlet of people trying to sell stuff and rides. Check in at the oasis was a circus of paperwork. Seriously have bought houses with less paperwork!! Room was nice, two full beds pushed together to make a king, but bed and pillows were comfortable. View from our superior ocen view was beautiful and room was clean. Hot water did not really come on until late in the day. Most of the time was luke warm. Food in buffet was ok, some, like pancakes were cold every day. Food at fancier restaurants was good. Cheesecake at whitebox was delicious. I feel the reservation process for the fancier restaurants was a huge waste of our time. They start taking reservations at 4. To get a reservation, you have to be in line by 3:15. That is 45 min a day wasted standing in line. Drinks were free and ok, just really watered down as to be expected at an all inclusive. The staff really did a great job keeping up with cleaning the grounds. We did do several excursions and here are our feelings on those; These were all set up with the guys by the elevator. Romantic Columbus sunset dinner. Highly recommend. Tura Shopping trip: skip this in our opinion. Was a free trip but 1.5 hour ride there. Mandatory stop at high end jewelry store. Wasted 1.5 hous there. 3 hour shopping at a do.

Worst hotel EVER. We didnt have hot water for 3 days, and cold water was on and off. I would get lied to when it started and when hot water would come back. 1 elevator running for 8 floors. They ran out of blankets and just gave us sheets. There was not one friendly employee that stood out. No one greated you in or outside the hotel area, pool side. Employees looked mad, like they were just there to work, no one took interest to make us feel welcomed. The staff was completely horrible! I requested a refund due to all the issues we had. We will see what the hotel responds. Do not book here!!!!
