Booked this resort for a long relaxing weekend. I think our stay lasted 1 hour. In a 1 hour time span a gentleman (guest) in front of the hotel was throwing beer bottles, yelling profanities, and trying to fight people. There were about 8 staff members standing around and watching this and they did nothing. Went to the room and a group of guests walking by yelling and screaming. Made the decision to leave and walkimg out of our room to the lobby was a different gentleman urinating in the bushes. Told the front desk and the manager was way to busy to address my concerns. Waited for the manager for 45 minutes and he was a no show. Called Travelocity and was told I needed to hold for approximately 2 hours. Front desk said they could not provide a refund without Travelocity talking to them. We left and went to the JW Marriott and had an amazing time relaxing for 3 days. If you are looking to relax....DO NOT go here!!!!

Our stay was very nice. The food was great, and the staff was awesome. The check-in process was lengthy, but everyone tried so hard to make us comfortable. The AC in our room was noisy, but it didn't keep us awake. The bed was a bit hard for our taste, but comfortable enough. We would stay here again.

Property is right on the water, rooms looks a bit outdated but fairly clean. Room service and staff was helpful and courteous. Overall good experience. The only thing i would have liked is 24 hour room service and late bar. Room dervice ended at 11pm and last closed at midnight.

I have been to many all inclusive resorts. Some were way more upscale than this resort however the service I received at Panama Jacks/Allta by Wyndam was amazing. The staff saw to the every need of my party of 10. The food choice was great, my breakfast omelettes were delicious. I enjoyed Italian, Asian and Mexican cuisine. Drinks were well made and plentiful. My daughter had an amazing 16th birthday party and dinner on the beach. My stay was effortless and my kids were well entertained. Thanks to the staff for doing going above and beyond!

The facilities and restaurants were amazing. Each of the restaurants were excellent and our favourite was the Asian restaurant Dexter 24. The staff at the restaurant, Samuel, Martin and Faustino went above and beyond, as did esmeralda at the Mexican restaurant. All the staff were fantastic…a big shout out to Rohilio, Lucia, Tania and Sandra from the entertainment team, for making it fun. The cleanliness and attention to detail in our room was great. Absolutely loved our stay and would love to return.
