very friendly staff and excellent food. the beach had a bit of sea weed but wonderful never the less. The pool was excellent.

The resort is beautiful. The staff is absolutely excellent. Everyone we came across were wonderful. However, we were not happy with the restaurants. The main buffet was outside because the main indoor buffet was being renovated. Who wants to eat outside in the heat? Not my family and I. We chose this resort for the indoor buffet. We ate at three other restaurants Market Grill, Blue Agave and Mole and the were not that great. They all seemed very disorganized. Market Grill was the worst. It's a Brazilian style restaurant and we had to call the servers many times to be served. It was hot and the food was not good. At the resort we had Family Concierge and it was really nice. Everyday our butlers Gloria and Rodolfo did something special for my girls. They left toys and and many types of sweets. It was really. Overall, it is a beautiful resort with a wonderful staff.

The worse check in experience I’ve ever had out of all the hotels I’ve been to. When I booked the hotel I had picked the 2 bed and ocean view. Got to the hotel around 1pm waited until about 3:30pm when they finally gave me my room. I went to the room and it was nothing that I wanted. Single bed, only view that I got was view of the stairs leading down to the pool area outside. Spoke to the room assignment manger at check in he told me that the room I wanted was “just a request it’s not guarantee”. I paid extra for those so call request. So of course I was angry. He told me that all he can do is make me wait another 2 days to change my room. That takes time out of my vacation because you guys can’t accommodate my booking. As a guest there I shouldn’t have to go thru all that. Never have I ever been so upset at a hotel check in service like this. Very unprofessional.
