This place is a joke. First of they have no hot water. The bed is hard, and two straight nights we didn't get any sleep. They kept us up with construction in the room next door to us and the night before that someone had karaoke night in their room till 7:00am. We tried getting a hold of front desk but their phones did not work. I finally talk to them in person and they did not even bother to apologize she instead acted as if she do not care.

We got the best suite that hotel has to offer and when the storm hit water got in the room about 2 inches high and 2 feet wide. Wetting our clothes and AirPods. Went to speak to the front desk and said If I wanted another room it’d be a regular room and I wouldn’t get a reimbursement for the day’s left Of the trip.
